Electrical Design Process عملية التصميم الكهربائى للمشاريع
التصميم الكهربائي هو عملية مستمرة. من الصعب تحديد متى تبدأ ومتى تنتهي. عادةً ما يتم تقسيم التصميم الكهربائي إلى مراحل منفصلة ، مما يسمح للمصمم الكهربائي بتقديم حزمة تصميم متكاملة ويلتزم العميل بالمتابعة إلى المرحلة التالية.
مراحل التصميم الكهربائى
يوجد على حسب المكاتب الإستشاريه 4 مراحل وهى كالتالى :-
1- Stage: One Concept Design
2- Stage: Two Schematic Design
3- Stage: Three Detailed Design
4- Stage Four: Construction Design or Tender design

ويوجد مرحلة قبلهم تسمى Basis of design report (BODR)
يجب على العميل تزويد الاستشاري بالبيانات والمستندات التالية

مخطط دفعة مصدقة أصولاً.
متطلبات المالك / المستخدمين النهائيين.

تصميم ما قبل المفهوم.

تقييم الأثر البيئي
دراسات الهيدرولوجيا
تقرير أساس التصميم "BODR" الذي يغطي أسس التصميم الكهروميكانيكية والبنية التحتية.

The Electromechanical Services Section in the BODR shall include a narrative description covering the following elements:

The low current infrastructure BODR will include a narrative description of the various options that have been considered covering the following elements:
- Basic of Structured Cabling Network (Telephone/ Data/ TV)

***Electromechanical BODR
The Electromechanical Services Section in the BODR shall include a narrative description covering the following elements:
1 - General description of the proposed systems and equipment
2- Basic design criteria.
3- Applicable design codes and standards to be adopted.
4- Domestic water estimated demand.
5 - Drainage system and roof drains.
6 - Firefighting proposed system.
7- HVAC proposed system.
8 - Estimates for electrical normal and emergency loads based on load density values associated with the space requirements program.
9- Low current systems proposed to be used in the building.
10- Electrical systems proposed to be used in the building.
11 - Brief description of the electromechanical systems
